Penns Valley falls on road to Mifflinburg in girls’ basketball

Riley and Reagan Griffith combined for 30 points as Mifflinburg beat Penns Valley 45-39 Wednesday.

The Wildcats (8-1) capitalized on their chances at the foul line, making 15 of 23 attempts while the Lady Rams made 6 of 9.

Emma Butler’s 12 points paced Penns Valley (5-4), while Kourtney Beamesderfer and Jordan Andrus picked up four steals each and Andrus also pulled down five rebounds.
