Tyrone tops Bellefonte in girls’ basketball

A 14-point first half doomed Bellefonte in a 60-35 loss to Tyrone on Friday night.

The Lady Red Raiders trailed 43-26 through three quarters. They were led offensively by Lauren Young, who scored 12 points.

The Lady Eagles got double-digit scoring from Kasey Engle (20), Alexis Cannistraci (19) and Sydney Shaw (10).
