St. Joseph’s rides defense to girls’ basketball win

Tough defense was the key for St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy as the Lady Wolves defeated Belleville Mennonite 38-27 on Tuesday night.

Janina Romero had a strong night offensively for Saint Joseph’s (4-9) with 26 points.

The Lady Wolves take on West Branch on Friday.
