Philipsburg-Osceola holds off St. Joseph’s in boys’ basketball
Payton Guelich led a trio of Mounties in double figures as Philipsburg-Osceola held off a late-game comeback by St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy for a 55-51 win Monday.
The Mounties led 46-33 at the start of the fourth quarter.
Guelich scored 17 points, while 11 each came from Noah Jeffries and Carson Jones.
The Wolves were paced by Jack Mangene’s 18 points.
