Second half dooms State College girls’ basketball

The State College girls’ basketball team did not have the second half they needed as they lost 66-46 to rival Altoona.

The Lady Little Lions trailed by only five going into halftime, but Altoona proved to be too much as the Lions were outscored 39-24.

Taylor Love and Maya Bokunewicz led the way for State College (7-13) with 14 points each.

The Lady Little Lions will look to rebound as they travel to Hollidaysburg on Tuesday.
