St. Joseph’s girls’ basketball falls in conference finals
On Thursday, St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy won its first-ever conference playoff game — but it couldn’t come away with its second on Saturday afternoon.
SJCA fell to Linden Hall, 57-33, in the Mid-State Athletic Conference Championship in the game right before the boys’ matchup. St. Joseph’s trailed at halftime by a score of 37-12.
Emma Mallison paced SJCA with eight points, while Aubrey Weiss chipped in seven.
The girls’ team’s season has now concluded.
