Four State College track and field athletes added All-America honors to their resumes Saturday night.

Owen Wing, Chris DiPerna and Joey and Nick Feffer finished fourth at the New Balance Nationals meet, clocking in at 7 minutes, 42.73 seconds in the 3,200-meter relay. Running as a part of the Nittany Track and Field club, their time was just off their second-place effort of 7:41.42 at the PIAA Championships on May 27.

They finished behind teams from New York, New Jersey and Florida. Cow Harbor Track Club of New York won in 7:37.42. Nick Feffer had the fastest leg of the State College foursome on his two anchor laps, with a time of 1:52.68. Feffer’s time was the sixth-fastest individual leg of any of the runners in the race.

The race featured teams from nine states at Aggie Stadium on the North Carolina A&T campus.
