Centre County makes big impact on list of Mountain League all-stars
The Mountain League released its list of fall all-stars on Wednesday — and Centre County is well-represented.
No overall MVP was named for football, but Bellefonte led all Mountain League football teams with 15 total selections. And four county athletes finished with four MVP honors in each of the other sports.
The Lady Red Raiders’ Cassie Vogel was named the girls’ golf MVP, Bald Eagle Area’s Seth Koleno earned boys’ soccer MVP honors, Penns Valley’s Chris Colwell was the boys’ cross country MVP, and BEA’s Grace Hugar finished with girls’ volleyball MVP honors.
