How to watch Penn State baseball’s game against Pitt at PNC Park

Penn State is returning to PNC Park on Tuesday for the first time since 2019, when they took on West Virginia.

The Nittany Lions are taking on in-state rival Pitt at 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Penn State first played at the Pirates’ home stadium in 2017.

Penn State and Pitt’s Tuesday contest will feature a number of former Centre County high school baseball players. Bellefonte graduate CJ Funk will start for Pitt in the outfield. In 38 games this season, Funk has gone 34-for-115 from the plate with a .296 batting average, 21 RBI and four home runs. Catcher Tyson Cooper, infielder Jake Cooper and pitchers Joe Nastasi, Brendan Franks and Mason Mellott are all former State College standouts who currently play for Penn State.
