State College hockey skates to win over Altoona
Andrew Moscone’s hat trick helped the State College ice hockey team skate past Altoona 8-0 Thursday night at Galactic Ice.
Moscone accounted for the first three goals for the Little Lions (2-1), with the first on a penalty shot, and he added an assist to his total. Mike Ondik added a goal and two assists, while Michael Moscone, Branden Wandrisco, Megan Klaus and Tanner Leahey also netted goals.
Nico Fleming-Collado picked up three assists, Josef Horgos had two assists and David Mansell added one.
Chris Rosselot made 22 saves for the shutout, with the Little Lions outshooting the Mountain Lions 38-22.
