Bellefonte starts strong at holiday tournament

Bellefonte is tied for fourth in the 24-team field going into the second day of the Conestoga Valley Holiday Classic.

Bellefonte’s Cole Stewart (106), Aaron Witherite (126), Brock Port (145) and Chase Gardner went 2-0 on Tuesday to advance to the semifinals.

Shafiq Blake (113), Brien McChesney (170) and Dillon Kephart (182) all made the consolations for the Red Raiders, who are tied with Huntingdon.
