Bellefonte girls’ basketball can’t keep pace with Mifflinburg

Mifflinburg pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat Bellefonte 51-38 at the Ram Winter Jam on Tuesday night.

The Lady Red Raiders trailed 32-28 going into the final period, but Mifflinburg put the game away. Mifflinburg’s Julia McArdle-Coe scored a game-high 17 points. Riley Griffith added 16, including going 8 for 8 from the foul line in the fourth.

Jess Book had 13 to lead Bellefonte (1-8), Mara Dreibelbis had 11 and Lauren Young finished with 10.
