Hayward leads Philipsburg-Osceola girls’ basketball to victory
Haylee Hayward’s career-high 27 points helped the Philipsburg-Osceola girls’ basketball team to a 69-37 victory over St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy on Monday.
Hayward scored off of 10 buckets and a 6 for 8 shooting from the foul line. She also tallied 11 rebounds. Teammate Halle Herrington added 20 points and six assists.
Asara Clark led the Lady Wolves with 13 points.
The Lady Mounties (3-5) will face Central on Wednesday. St. Joseph’s will host Penns Valley on Wednesday.
