Behind an Andrew Moscone hat trick, State College ice hockey skated to a 6-3 win over Central Cambria on Monday at Ebensburg.

State College held a 3-2 advantage after the first period, fueled by goals from Michael Moscone, Mike Ondik and Megan Klaus.

Central Cambria knotted things at three apiece with an early second-period score.

Then Andrew Moscone, after garnering an assist in the first period, turned on the scoring himself. He notched two unassisted goals to end the second period, and tallied a third for good measure in the last period. The final score was assisted by Josef Horgos.

Chris Rosselot made 24 saves in net for State College, as the Little Lions finished out another win, boosting their record to 9-1 on the season.

State College takes the ice next at home against Bishop Guilfoyle on Jan. 21.
