State College boys’ swimming wins easily

The Little Lions kept their perfect season alive, tallying a 145-31 win over Mifflin County on Thursday.

State College (8-0) was unmatched, taking first in every event and placing second in all but one contest.

State College’s relay teams were untouchable, finishing first and second in the 200-yard medley, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relays.

Individually, State College had wins from: Filip Turecky (200 freestyle), Benjamin Gingher (200 IM), Tobias Van Dyke (50 freestyle), Hunter Mona (100 butterfly), Dave Rovansek (100 freestyle), Mikey Challis (500 freestyle), Jordan Hillsley (100 backstroke) and Nate Woodman (100 breaststroke).

In diving, Nick Brooks, Jacob Whipple and Mike Timmons swept the top three spots.
