Lady Little Lions rout Chambersburg

Kyla Irwin scored 24 points to lead four State College players in double figures as the Lady Little Lions cruised to a 71-29 win over Chambersburg on Tuesday.

Kayla Hawbaker scored 16 points, Abby Allen added 12 and Jess Orndorff had 11. The Lady Little Lions led 44-17 at halftime.

“I think we came out really strong offensively,” State College coach Bethany Irwin said. “I think everyone made the first bucket they attempted.”

State College knocked down seven 3-pointers in the win.

The Lady Little Lions (13-3) host Harrisburg on Friday.
