Bald Eagle Area girls’ basketball holds off St. Joseph’s
Julia Cingle and Madison McCauley keyed a big fourth quarter for Bald Eagle Area in a 49-40 win over St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy on Tuesday.
Cingle and McCauley each netted eight points in the final quarter. Six of Cingle’s points in the quarter came from the foul line on her way to a team-high 12 points. McCauley finished with nine and Caylee McCaslin and Alyssa Ward each added eight points.
Janina Romero drained five 3-pointers on her way to a game-high 17 points and Aubrey Weiss added eight points for the Lady Wolves.
