Penns Valley boys’ basketball throttles Huntingdon

Ben Alexander and Logan Pearce both scored over 20 points in Penns Valley’s 74-57 romp of Huntingdon on Saturday.

“We had some really good plays out of Ben and Logan. They had the bulk of the scoring and carried the ball well,” Rams coach Terry Glunt said.

Alexander scored 25 points, while Pearce added 22. The two combined for six 3-pointers.

“Huntingdon is really explosive so it was nice to keep them down to a relatively low score, for them,” Glunt added.

Penns Valley (15-3) travels to Clearfield on Wednesday.
