Bellefonte rolls past Bald Eagle Area in season finale

The Lady Red Raiders benefited from 10 different scorers in a season-finale 57-27 win over Bald Eagle Area on Friday.

Bellefonte held just an eight-point lead at halftime, but after holding BEA to one point in the third quarter, it polished off the night with a 35-13 second-half advantage.

Jess Book’s 15 points led Bellefonte, while Mara Dreibelbis and Kady Stodter contributed eight and seven points, respectively.

Caylee McCaslin was the highlight of BEA’s evening, totaling a team-high 11 points.

Bellefonte’s year is over, while BEA wraps up its regular season with a home game against Tyrone on Monday.
