Bald Eagle Area girls’ basketball ends season with loss

Tyrone built an 18-point lead in the first eight minutes and kept it in a 59-41 win over Bald Eagle Area on Monday.

BEA held Tyrone to six points in the second quarter but the damage was done.

Alyssa Ward led BEA with 16 points. Teammate Morgan Chambers added 10.

The loss marks the last game of BEA’s season.

Madison Noll and Kasey Engle led Tyrone with 17 points apiece.
