Seighman’s late goal lifts State College lacrosse past Lewisburg

Jon Seighman’s third goal of the game proved the difference in State College’s 7-6 boys’ lacrosse win over Lewisburg on Thursday to open the Little Lions’ season.

Seighman’s winner came with 1:22 left in the game. About a minute earlier, he had netted the equalizer.

Will Harvey also notched a hat trick for the Little Lions, and Joe DeSandre netted the other goal. In net, Noah Schwab finished with 12 saves.

State College next plays Hershey on Tuesday.
