State College rolls to win over Cedar Cliff in boys’ tennis

With straight-set sweeps in each match, State College dominated Cedar Cliff 5-0 Friday in Mid Penn Conference play.

Matt Wherley, Nick Vanden and Fernando del Castillo all won their matches in dominating fashion, giving up a total of three games combined. The doubles teams of Owen Lloyd and Terrence Li, and Matt Brisrol and Aleef Mannan, were just as decisive in their wins.

The Little Lions (4-0) host their invitational tournament on Saturday.
