Bald Eagle Area falls to Central in baseball

Bald Eagle Area was unable to comeback from an early deficit in a 6-3 loss to Central on Wednesday.

BEA pitcher Brian Egan allowed six runs and eight walks in two innings.

“Ty Walker came in relief for us and threw four scoreless innings for us and helped hold the score,” BEA coach Jim Gardner said.

Ryan Guenot, Noah Chambers, and Andy Swabick all had two hits. Tanner Kresovich added a triple.

BEA (1-2) will host Huntingdon on Thursday.
