Bald Eagle Area softball rallies past Huntingdon
Bald Eagle Area made a late comeback to beat Huntingdon 8-6 on Friday.
The Lady Eagles overcame a one-run deficit with five runs in the seventh inning. They then held Huntingdon to two runs in the bottom of the seventh to seal the win.
“It was a solid game with some timely hitting,” BEA coach Don Lucas said.
BEA pitcher Sydney Shultz allowed only two hits and earned the win.
The Lady Eagles will host Clearfield on Monday.
