State College softball falls to Chambersburg
The State College softball team fell 8-1 to Chambersburg on Friday.
Chambersburg scored seven runs in the third inning to break open the game.
State College’s Hannah Shields took the loss. Kayla Hawbaker went 2 for 3, and Emily Lieb went 1 for 2 with an RBI for the Lady Little Lions.
Chambersburg starting pitcher Samantha Bender allowed one run and three hits in six innings to earn the win.
