State College softball shuts out Cumberland Valley

Hannah Shields tossed a shutout and State College won 1-0 at home over Cumberland Valley on Thursday.

Shields also was responsible for the game’s only run, doubling to score Abby Allen in the first inning. The pair had the Lady Little Lions’ only two hits of the game.

State College visits Bald Eagle Area on Friday.
