Penns Valley cruises past Bald Eagle Area

The Penns Valley Rams cruised by the Bald Eagle Area Eagles on Tuesday afternoon, 101-49.

Penns Valley’s Sam Goodwin earned multiple first-place finishes, winning both the 200- and 400-meter dashes while helping his 4x400 team to a win with a time of 3:50.2.

Ethan Stroup put on a strong showing in the field events, earning a first-place finish in both the discus and javelin for the Rams with distances of 117 feet, 10 inches and 133-2, respectively.

Both teams will compete in the Lock Haven Invitational on Friday.
