Bald Eagle Area softball beats Hollidaysburg
Behind a potent offense, Zoey Surovec helped Bald Eagle Area to a 9-6 win over Hollidaysburg on Thursday.
“Zoey Surovec pitched a great game for us as a freshman,” BEA coach Don Lucas said. “We played solid defense behind her.”
The Lady Eagles got contributions from several players. Olivia Andrews and Megan Kresovich each had a double, and Morgan Nyman singled twice. As a team, BEA outhit Hollidaysburg 11-6.
Bald Eagle Area (7-3) heads to Penns Valley on Friday.
