Centre County teams compete in Lock Haven track invitational

Penns Valley’s Keith Griffith was the top Centre County preformer of the day with a sixth-place finish in the 2,000 meters and a 12th-place finish in the 800 at the Lock Haven Invitational on Friday.

Teammate Sam Gray added a ninth-place finish in the 1,600.

Josh Fye led Bald Eagle Area with a seventh-place finish in shot put, and teammate Mike Savinish was ninth. Chris Dunklebarger added an eigth-place finish in pole vault.

Luke Hamilton led St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy with a long jump of 19 feet, 9 inches to take eighth.
