Punxsutawney’s Lingenfelter no-hits Bald Eagle Area

Kylee Lingenfelter struck out 16 and fired a no-hitter to lead Punxsutawney to a 1-0 win over Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday.

Lingenfelter walked three in the gem, which overshadowed the fine work of BEA’s Sidney Shultz. The Eagle hurler pitched a complete game, allowing one run and two hits in the loss.

The Lady Eagles (9-4) play at Central on Thursday.
