St. Joseph’s sets track and field records at Lock Haven Classic

The St. Joseph’s boys’ and girls’ track and field teams combined to set four school records at the Lock Haven Classic on Saturday.

For the girls, Lucia Person finished second and set a school record in the 3,200-meter run with a time of 11:16.55. The 4x800 relay team of Person, Kate Ott, Lindsey Carmack and Sera Mazza took sixth with a time of 10:06.38, good for another school record. The 4x400 relay team of Carmack, Mazza, Person and Maggie Urban finished 14th (4:25.41; school record).

Mazza also took eighth in the 1,600 (5:26.08).

In the boys’ 2,000-meter steeplechase, Andy Rogan set a St. Joseph’s record with a time of 7:17.20.

Eli Urban finished fifth in the 3,200 (9:48.24).
