Bald Eagle Area splits baseball doubleheader with Huntingdon
Bald Eagle Area split a doubleheader with Huntingdon on Monday. Finishing a suspended game with a 10-3 loss before coming back to win 5-4 in the nightcap.
“We were down 5-0 early in the first game and that was hard to come back from,” said BEA coach Jim Gardner, “In the second game, Ty Walker started strong (pitching) for us and Ryan Guenot finished it out strong.”
Eagle Noah Chambers lead the team with a combined 4 for 8 day at the plate.
BEA (8-5) hosts Central on Tuesday.
