Penns Valley comes up short against Huntingdon on diamond

Penns Valley hit two home runs and finished with 11 hits, but the Rams fell 15-10 to Huntingdon on Thursday.

Lucas Sharer hit a solo home run and Jon Montresor had a three-run home run for Penns Valley.

But the Rams faltered defensively.

“We scored four runs on two homers and erased them with five errors,” Penns Valley coach Jon Bowersox said. “That’s why our record is 4-12.”

Allen Cain had three hits, while Corby Woodring and Luke Snyder each had two hits for the Rams.
