Centre County high school sports canceled due to rain

Rain has once again washed out most of the high school sports schedule for Friday.

Among events canceled are Penns Valley at St. Joseph baseball, Penns Valley at Juniata JV baseball, Altoona at Penns Valley junior high softball, DuBois at Park Forest junior high softball and State College at Hershey junior high track.

In addition, Penns Valley at Huntingdon softball and Bellefonte at Tyrone softball have been postponed with no makeup date. Bellefonte at Clearfield junior high softball has been rescheduled for Saturday.
