Bellefonte baseball falls to Central

Bellefonte couldn’t come back from an early deficit in an 8-3 loss to Central on Tuesday.

Central scored five runs in the second inning to take control.

Logan Mathieu led the Red Raiders offensively with a home run and a double. He drove in two runs.

Bellefonte’s Jeremy Warefield allowed three hits and five runs in 1 1/3 innings to take the loss.

The Red Raiders will host Clearfield on Wednesday.
