Penns Valley opens tournament with boys’ soccer win

Penns Valley opened up its season with a bang on Friday in the Belleville Tournament.

The Rams used a 5-0 win over the host team behind Sal Castilago’s hat trick.

It took Castilago just over 20 minutes to tally his goals. Christian Walker and Alex Boeckel also found the back of the net for Penns Valley.

Stephen Gover, Nate Gillespie and Jeremiah Manning each tallied an assist for the Rams.

Belleville’s keeper James Zook had 15 saves in the loss.
