Bald Eagle Area wrestler Gage McClenahan is a Centre Daily Times Athlete of the Week.

The freshman had a perfect week going 7-0. On Saturday during the BEA Duals, McClenahan went 5-0 with five pins between the 145- and 152-pound weight classes. In total, he wrestled 4:52 in the tournament.

Earlier in the week, he wrestled up two weight classes at 160 pounds and earned a 2-0 win over Bellefonte’s Chase Gardner on Thursday. In a match with Tyrone on Wednesday, he received a forfeit.
