Penns Valley’s Harley Hess is the CDT’s Mar. 28 Athlete of the Week

Penns Valley pitcher Harley Hess is a Centre Daily Times Athlete of the Week.

Hess was electric in the circle during Penns Valley’s season-opening 9-3 win over Juniata — coach Tessa Deardorff’s first career victory. The junior totaled 15 strikeouts while only allowing two hits and one walk.

Hess and the Lady Rams face Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday.
