Happy Valley had a prominent in-state quarterback make a stop in town Friday night at The Field Burger and Tap.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champion Ben Roethlisberger stopped in State College, according to a Facebook post by the restaurant that showed him there.

Roethlisberger spent his entire 18-year National Football League career with the Steelers, where he started 247 games, winning 165 of them. He led the team to Super Bowl victories at the end of the 2005 and 2008 seasons, when he accumulated seven of his 13 career postseason victories.
