What will happen to the 2020 Olympic wrestling trials? USA Wrestling gives an update
While the International Olympic Committee on Tuesday announced a new date for the Olympics — July 23, 2021 — a new date has not yet been set for the wrestling trials, initially set for April 4-5 at the Bryce Jordan Center on Penn State’s campus.
USA Wrestling, Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, the Bryce Jordan Center and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee are working together to reschedule the event at the BJC in 2021. After a new date is determined, tickets will be updated to reflect the rescheduled dates and reissued to the original purchasers, USA Wrestling said in a release.
Refunds are available for fans unable to attend the rescheduled event. The deadline to request a refund is June 1.
Those who want to request a refund can contact the Bryce Jordan ticket office by email at bjcticketcenter@psu.edu or call by phone at 814-865-5555 from 9 a.m.-4:40 p.m. Monday through Friday. Full refunds will be processed on the original credit card used for purchase or issued by check through the mail for those who paid by check or cash.
All other questions related to the event can be directed to jordancenter@psu.edu.
