Restaurant trades Nittany Mall location for downtown Bellefonte shop
After closing its Nittany Mall location, Happy Wraps has set up shop in downtown Bellefonte.
Located at 216 W. High St. — the former home of Dam Donuts — Happy Valley Wraps opened its new Wrap and Roll Cafe last week. Open daily from 11 a.m.-7 p.m., the site offers customers pick-up and delivery options for wraps, melts, salads, milkshakes, smoothies and more.
Happy Wraps first opened in 2018, replacing Old State Deli in the mall. Owners Gary and Sharon Landon thought the mall was missing a fresh sandwich option.
“As a busy family, we recognize that finding healthy, on-the-go options are scarce,” reads its website. “Our passion for creating fresh dishes and serving customers inspired us to open Happy Wraps. We hope to grow our business one smile at a time.”
Orders can be placed online. The menu carries wraps, sandwiches, soups, salad and a variety of beverage selections. Customers can also choose from a selection of fresh ingredients to build their own wraps from scratch.
