The People’s Choice Festival of Pennsylvania Arts and Crafts has settled in for its second year at the Grange fairgrounds in Centre Hall. The festival highlights artists and food vendors from Pennsylvania and now offers camping. Visit peopleschoicefestival.com for more information about the four-day event.
