- A 23-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, four summary traffic citations, and two summary counts of failure to notify authorities about a change of address.
Benner Township:
- A 29-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one ungraded count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 63-year-old Northumberland County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of retail theft.
Boggs Township:
- A 32-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- A 30-year-old man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Burnside Township:
- A 24-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
- A 29-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count each of harassment and driving with a suspended license.
College Township:
- A 39-year-old Northumberland County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, evidence tampering and DUI, and two summary traffic citations.
- A 27-year-old Blair County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 47-year-old Snow Shoe man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of bad checks.
Ferguson Township:
- A 22-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Dec. 30 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
Gregg Township:
- A 28-year-old Spring Mills woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
- A 28-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and simple assault, and one summary count of harassment.
Harris Township:
- A 34-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by State College police with three felony counts each of forgery and theft by deception, and three misdemeanor counts each of theft by unlawful taking.
Huston Township:
- A 54-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Dec. 30 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
Marion Township:
- A 35-year-old Michigan man was charged Tuesday by the state police Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Milesburg:
- A 22-year-old Milesburg man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of carrying a firearm without a license, two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary traffic citations.
- A 29-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of strangulation and one misdemeanor count of simple assault.
Patton Township:
- A 31-year-old Clinton County man was charged Dec. 30 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of an accident involving damage to a vehicle and two summary traffic citations.
- A 39-year-old State College man was charged Dec. 30 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of retail theft.
- A 56-year-old Blair County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
- A 57-year-old Blair County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic citation.
Philipsburg:
- A 45-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Dec. 30 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and retail theft.
- A 47-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Dec. 30 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and one summary count of harassment.

- A 53-year-old Julian woman was charged Dec. 30 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.

- A 32-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of harassment.

- A 37-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Dec. 30 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
Spring Township:
- A 29-year-old Blair County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

- A 61-year-old State College man was charged Dec. 30 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- A 49-year-old State College man was charged Dec. 30 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of an accident involving damage to a vehicle and one summary traffic citation.
- A 37-year-old State College man was charged Dec. 30 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- An 18-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 19-year-old New Jersey man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
