Below is a list of criminal cases filed between March 2 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Boggs Township:

  • A 24-year-old Indiana man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
  • A 20-year-old Ohio man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of forgery, one misdemeanor count of theft by deception and one summary count of retail theft.

Burnside Township:

  • A 65-year-old Karthaus woman was charged March 2 by state police at Rockview with one felony count of strangulation and one summary count of simple assault.
  • A 70-year-old Karthaus man was charged March 2 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

College Township:

  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
  • A 32-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 55-year-old Perry County woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 43-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
  • A 24-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count of aggravated assault, one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 46-year-old State College woman was charged Sunday by State College police with one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 36-year-old Lycoming County woman was charged March 2 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault, one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and recklessly endangering another person, and one summary count of harassment.
  • Dennis Ney, 63, of State College, was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with two felony counts each of child rape, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child and sexual assault, and one felony count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault of a person younger than 13 and corruption of minors
  • A 28-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of aggravated assault, one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and institutional vandalism and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 37-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one ungraded count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Gregg Township:

  • A 20-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 50-year-old Madisonburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and four summary traffic citations.
  • A 37-year-old Snow Shoe man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one ungraded count of theft by deception.

Harris Township:

  • A 30-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.

Patton Township:

  • A 43-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged March 2 by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
  • A 22-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and theft by unlawful taking, and one summary count of harassment.

Philipsburg:

  • A 19-year-old Clearfield County man was charged March 2 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Potter Township:

  • A 35-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 68-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
  • A 39-year-old Perry County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of criminal trespassing, three misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking, one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Snow Shoe:

  • A 47-year-old Fleming man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of theft from a vehicle and one summary count of criminal mischief.

Spring Township:

  • A 30-year-old Lycoming County man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
  • A 19-year-old Fleming man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.

State College:

  • A 21-year-old Chester County man was charged March 2 by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
  • A 34-year-old Clearfield County man was charged March 2 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged March 2 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
  • A 64-year-old Howard man was charged March 2 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one summary count of criminal mischief.
  • A 19-year-old New Jersey man was charged March 2 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 26-year-old Blair County man was charged March 2 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 24-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with three felony counts of receiving stolen property and one felony and two misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking.

  • A 29-year-old Cambria County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 53-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic citations.
