Here are the criminal cases filed Feb. 17-23 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Feb. 17 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 68-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count each of harassment and disorderly conduct.

Benner Township:

  • A 33-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.

College Township:

  • A 39-year-old Rebersburg man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft of property and receiving stolen property.
  • A 40-year-old Pleasant Gap man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.

Huston Township:

  • Michael Post, 40, of Julian, was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of endangering the welfare of a child and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Miles Township:

  • A 43-year-old man was charged Tuesday by state police with one felony count each of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception.

Patton Township:

  • A 22-year-old Northampton County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
  • A 44-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 34-year-old Clinton County man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with two felony counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Philipsburg:

  • A 41-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with 104 misdemeanor counts of retail theft.
  • A 28-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 38-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Spring Township:

  • A 38-year-old Pleasant Gap man was charged Tuesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic citation.
  • Luis Alexis Rodriguez Rivera, 19, of Ohio, was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of attempting to elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of recklessly endangering another person and 11 summary traffic citations.

State College:

  • An 18-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 31-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
  • A 19-year-old Texas man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 22-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 19-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 19-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 20-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
  • A 32-year-old Blair County woman was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one ungraded traffic citation.
  • A 30-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of theft of services.
  • A 20-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana, and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 22-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest and one ungraded count of public drunkenness.
  • A 20-year-old New Jersey man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one felony count of criminal trespassing and one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a solvent for releasing toxic vapors, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count each of purchasing alcohol as a minor and carrying a false identification.
  • A 19-year-old Maryland man was charged Saturday by Penn State police with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful restraint and simple assault, and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 33-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Saturday by State College police with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.

Taylor Township:

  • A 25-year-old Maryland man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • A 26-year-old Maryland man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 26-year-old Maryland man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 46-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended license and one summary traffic citation.
