Bellefonte:
A 29-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 38-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one felony count each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Benner Township:
- A 48-year-old Berks County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 39-year-old Snyder County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and providing a false identification to law enforcement, and three summary traffic citations.
Boggs Township:
- A 43-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 61-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic citations.
- A 27-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and simple assault, one summary count of harassment and one summary traffic citation.
College Township:
- An 18-year-old Lehigh County man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 40-year-old Aaronsburg woman was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- A 20-year-old New York man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one felony count each of unlawful use of a computer, computer trespassing and criminal use of a communication facility, 16 misdemeanor counts of identity theft, 15 misdemeanor counts of possession of an access device while knowing it was counterfeit, and one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, tampering with records and use of an access device issued to another.
Ferguson Township:
- A 29-year-old Virginia man was charged July 13 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of harassment and one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats.
- A 48-year-old State College man was charged July 13 by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Haines Township:
- A 62-year-old New Jersey man was charged July 13 by Bald Eagle state forest with one misdemeanor count each of agricultural vandalism, damaging a survey monument and criminal mischief, and two summary counts of violating rules on commonwealth property.
Patton Township:
- Kaison Mitchell, 23, of York County, was charged Tuesday by Patton and Ferguson Township police with two felony counts of robbery of a motor vehicle and one felony count of attempted robbery of a motor vehicle.
Philipsburg:
- A 31-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic citation.
Port Matilda:
- A 40-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
Potter Township:
- A 34-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and three summary citations.
- A 25-year-old Ohio woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic citations.
Snow Shoe:
- A 36-year-old Howard man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
Spring Township:
- A 41-year-old Lancaster County man was charged July 13 by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- A 19-year-old Centre Hall man was charged July 13 by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 35-year-old Mifflin County woman was charged July 13 by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 30-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 35-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of a crash involving damage to a vehicle and reporting an offense that did not occur, and four summary traffic citations.
- Kaison Mitchell, 23, of York County, was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of aggravated assault and fleeing an officer, one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, and six summary traffic violations.
State College:
- A 20-year-old Montgomery County man was charged July 13 by State College police with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing.
- A 22-year-old New Jersey man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
- A 23-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one felony count each of selling an uncontrolled substance as a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
- A 34-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one felony count of aggravated assault, one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and simple assault, and one summary count each of harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
- A 19-year-old Luzerne County man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count each of disorderly conduct, harassment and carrying a false identification.
Union Township:
