Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Aug. 10 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Bellefonte:
- A 49-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
- A 79-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Aug. 10 by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
- A 37-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Aug. 10 by Bellefonte police with two felony counts of forgery, six misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property and five misdemeanor counts each of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception.
- A 31-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Sunday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Benner Township:
- A 38-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct, and two summary counts of harassment.
Boggs Township:
- A 21-year-old Huntingdon County woman was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
College Township:
- A 23-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Aug. 10 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 57-year-old State College woman was charged Aug. 10 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 33-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility, three misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 22-year-old Montgomery County woman was charged Thursday by Penn State police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ferguson Township:
- A 26-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of prohibited possession of a firearm.
- A 29-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic citations.
Halfmoon Township:
- A 34-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
Harris Township:
- A 24-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of attempting to elude an officer and three summary traffic citations.
- A 32-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of additional violations of the Medical Marijuana Act, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
Patton Township
- A 57-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Aug. 10 by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 39-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Aug. 10 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of harassment.
- A 30-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of restrictions on alcoholic beverages.
- A 26-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 33-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with four misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
Philipsburg:
- A 25-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and avoiding apprehension.
Potter Township:
- A 23-year-old Coburn woman was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
- An 18-year-old Madisonburg man was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception.
Spring Township:
- A 21-year-old New Jersey man was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 29-year-old Union County man was charged Aug. 10 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic citation.
- A 25-year-old New York woman was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
State College:
- A 29-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- An 18-year-old Pleasant Gap man was charged Wednesday by State College police with three misdemeanor counts each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one ungraded count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
