A 30-year-old Bellefonte man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary count each of disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and scattering rubbish.
A 58-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
A 56-year-old Mifflin County woman was charged Friday by Bellefonte police with 22 misdemeanor counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of an access device.
A 52-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Sunday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Benner Township:
- A 58-year-old man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of habitual offenders and six summary traffic citations.
- A 58-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of prohibited possession of a firearm, 14 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- A 29-year-old man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance by an inmate, and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Boggs Township:
- A 20-year-old Ohio man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic citation.
College Township:
- A 31-year-old man was charged July 27 by State College police with one felony count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, one misdemeanor count each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fleeing an officer, and one summary count of reckless driving and criminal mischief.
- A 42-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- A 30-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- A 29-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, and one summary count of disorderly conduct.
- A 30-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
Ferguson Township:
- A 41-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged July 27 by Ferguson Township police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI.
Liberty Township:
- A 55-year-old Clinton County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of accidents involving personal injury and accidents involving personal injury while not licensed, and four summary traffic citations.
Miles Township:
- A 49-year-old Rebersburg man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock and five summary traffic citations.
Patton Township:
- A 22-year-old Allegheny County man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and four summary traffic citations.
- A 35-year-old Port Matilda man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
- A 55-year-old Blair County man was charged July 27 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- Katlo Magogodi, 22, of Patton Township, was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with four misdemeanor counts of aggravated indecent assault, one felony count each of rape and sexual assault, and four misdemeanor counts of indecent assault.
- A 23-year-old State College man was charged Saturday by Patton Township police with one felony count of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, two misdemeanor counts of simple assault, one misdemeanor count each of recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats, and one summary count of harassment.
Penn Township:
- A 32-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged July 27 by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
Philipsburg:
- A 20-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and five summary traffic citations.
- A 20-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of fleeing an officer, one misdemeanor count each of recklessly endangering another person and possession of drug paraphernalia, and nine summary traffic citations.
Rush Township:
- A 25-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
Spring Township:
- A 54-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- A 25-year-old Howard man was charged Friday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
State College:
- A 36-year-old Port Matilda man was charged July 27 by Patton Township police with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, three misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 20-year-old Westmoreland County woman was charged Tuesday by Spring Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor and one summary traffic citation.
- A 48-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of harassment.
- A 55-year-old man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one felony count of criminal trespassing and eight misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property.
Worth Township:
- A 29-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two felony counts of failure to provide accurate registration information and one felony count of failure to register with state police.
