Here are the criminal cases filed Oct. 19-25 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Oct. 19 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 23-year-old Lancaster County man was charged Tuesday by Pine Creek Township police with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and one felony count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
  • A 57-year-old Centre Hall woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 36-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
  • A 36-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one felony count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.

College Township:

  • A 29-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Oct. 19 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 66-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Oct. 19 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • An 18-year-old Maryland woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count each of purchasing alcohol as a minor and carrying a false identification.
  • Matthew Rippon, 35, of Northumberland County, was charged Wednesday by the state attorney general’s office with 50 felony counts of child pornography and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility.
  • A 40-year-old Blair County man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 34-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Sunday by State College police with one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.

Howard:

  • A 56-year-old Haines man was charged Thursday by Bald Eagle State Park with one misdemeanor count each of invasion of privacy and evidence tampering.

Milesburg:

  • A 48-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license, four misdemeanor counts each of receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle, and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Patton Township:

  • A 19-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 20-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 20-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with four misdemeanor counts of DUI.
  • A 31-year-old State College woman was charged Saturday by Patton Township police with one felony count of retail theft.

Potter Township:

  • A 36-year-old Dauphin County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 44-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and evidence tampering, and one summary traffic violation.

Philipsburg:

  • A 19-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking.
  • A 45-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of retail theft.

Rush Township:

  • A 37-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 24-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Snow Shoe:

  • A 45-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and four summary traffic violations.
  • A 55-year-old Blair County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with six misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Spring Township:

  • A 28-year-old Berks County man was charged Saturday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

State College:

  • An 18-year-old Dallas man was charged Oct. 19 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Oct. 19 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 19-year-old Connecticut man was charged Oct. 19 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old Virginia man was charged Oct. 19 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • An 18-year-old New York woman was charged Oct. 19 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 69-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
  • A 19-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Thursday by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one summary count each of carrying a false identification, misrepresenting his age to secure alcohol and purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • An 18-year-old Virginia man was charged Thursday by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one summary count each of carrying a false identification, misrepresenting his age to secure alcohol and purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 20-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one ungraded count of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle or property.
  • An 18-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of providing a false identification to law enforcement and one misdemeanor count each of purchasing alcohol as a minor and public drunkenness.

Union Township:

  • A 49-year-old Julian woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.

Walker Township:

  • A 38-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of criminal trespassing.
