- A 19-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one felony count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
- An 18-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 19-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Boggs Township:
- A 20-year-old Minnesota man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations.
College Township:
- A 22-year-old Julian man was charged Oct. 5 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- An 18-year-old Blair County woman was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with 13 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old Blair County man was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with 14 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old Blair County man was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with 13 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation.
- A 25-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
- An 18-year-old Pittsburgh woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- An 18-year-old Pittsburgh woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 32-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Friday by State College police with one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of defiant trespassing.
- A 29-year-old San Antonio woman was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one traffic violation.
- A 37-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Ferguson Township:
- A 26-year-old New York woman was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count each of stalking, harassment, defiant trespassing and loitering at night.
- A 21-year-old State College man was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
Harris Township:
- A 21-year-old Maryland man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation.
Howard:
- A 27-year-old Pleasant Gap woman was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 35-year-old Howard man was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
Patton Township:
- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, and two summary counts of harassment.
- A 30-year-old Michigan man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 42-year-old Howard woman was charged Friday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Penn Township:
- A 26-year-old Snyder County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
Philipsburg:
- A 21-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of attempting to elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and five summary traffic violations.
- A 60-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- A 45-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and forgery.
- A 42-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

- A 29-year-old New York man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.

- A 54-year-old Dauphin County woman was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 42-year-old Julian man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 26-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one summary count each of carrying a false identification and purchasing alcohol as a minor.
