- A 22-year-old Julian man was charged Oct. 5 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- An 18-year-old Blair County woman was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with 13 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old Blair County man was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with 14 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old Blair County man was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with 13 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation.

- A 21-year-old Maryland man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation.

- A 27-year-old Pleasant Gap woman was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 35-year-old Howard man was charged Oct. 5 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
Patton Township:
- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, and two summary counts of harassment.
- A 30-year-old Michigan man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 42-year-old Howard woman was charged Friday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Penn Township:
- A 26-year-old Snyder County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.

- A 21-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of attempting to elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and five summary traffic violations.
